PAYMENT OPTIONS

If you would like to pay by cheque, select the "Pay by Cheque" option on the order form and send us a personal cheque for the total amount of your order, including delivery charge. Our bank details are provided once you place an order.

Paying by cheque slows down your order as we don't order your items until we receive your cheque, and we don't send the items to you until your funds clear. Please allow up to 2 – 4 days for cheques to clear.

If you would like to pay for your order by a bank transfer (BACS) our bank details are provided once you place an order. To pay by bank transfer (BACS), you need to include your order number as a reference on the payment. Please enter only order number - e.g. "ORD23456571".

We accept all major credit and debit cards with 0% surcharge. All payments are processed securely online by PROTX (Secure Online Payment Gateway).

Please note, if you will specify different shipping address than your card billing address, your order will be delayed for security checks and may be declined.

PayPal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address securely send and receive online payments. Paypal lets customers to pay for goods using their debit/credit cards with no surcharge. It is the most popular way to electronically pay for goods over the internet.
Important:
Please note if you are paying by PayPal your item(s) will only be shipped to the cardholders address, if you are not verified or paypal address confirmed e.g. you specified different shipping address than your card billing address, your order will be delayed for security checks and may be declined.

DELIVERY

Once your order is despatched, it is estimated that your computer will be delivered to you in 24 - 48 hours (excluding weekends & bank holidays). Orders including computer systems and special orders are generally despatched within 4 - 6 working days. When your order is despatched, you will receive an email confirmation with despatch and delivery details. Computer orders will be delivered to you by FedEx UK courier.

Next working day delivery is £24.00 and FREE on orders over £1400.00.

Saturday delivery is also available for £18.00 extra.

Northern Ireland and UK Isles attracts a £17.00 surcharge.

We allow you to specify a different delivery address. However, we may need to conduct security checks to guard against fraudulent transactions, this could delay the order.

If no one is at home to accept your order then you will be left a calling card and the goods will be returned to your local depot. You may contact the couriers to arrange a suitable redelivery date, or alternatively it may be possible to pick up the order from your local depot. (Please confirm this with the courier first) Identification will be required on request.

If the courier company are unsuccessful on 3 attempts, they will return the item to us. Please note, if this does happen then a re-delivery costs will apply.
